It's almost spring, and the sun is getting stronger. The ground is still frozen, but we can see the possibilities and if you are a gardener like me, you're probably already dreaming and planning for this year's work in your flower beds or vegetable plot. It's the same in a business: planning and dreaming can be translated into growth. An organized and efficient business can scale up to handle demand and keep you in control.
As you start up your business and struggle through the first weeks and months to just DO IT, it's hard to think of a time when you will have the time and luxury to actually PLAN for growth. You want growth, you hope for it, you're actively promoting and looking for new business. But what happens when all your efforts pay off and you've got all the business you can handle, and more? If you have not planned for it, that growth could wither on the vine! Click here for a great article I came across recently from QuickBooks Canada, that gives you some key points in the big questions: WHAT must I do? and HOW do I do it? And when you're ready to get started, call on me for the help you need to make it all happen. Happy growing season! Laurie
